✅ Before You Race

• Waiver: Must be signed before racing.
• Minimum Height: 4’10” (58” / 1.5m).
• Pro-Level Access: Ages 15+ and must meet height requirement.
• Weight Limit: Max recommended 300 lbs.
• Attire: No loose clothing; tie back long hair. Closed-toe shoes required.
• Helmets: Personal helmets are not allowed.
• Briefing: Safety video mandatory for all racers.
• Sobriety: Breathalyzer test required if intoxication is suspected. Refusal or reading over 0.08 will disqualify participation with no refund.

🏁 During Your Race

• Helmet & Seatbelt: Must remain fastened unless directed otherwise.
• Driving Behavior: No bumping, reckless or aggressive driving allowed.
• Track Etiquette: Slower drivers must yield to faster ones; obey marshals.
• Loose Items: Phones, hats, keys are prohibited inside karts.

✅ Age & Height Requirements

• Minimum age varies per game (usually 8+).
• Under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or staff.
• Some simulators require minimum height and physical fit.

⚠️ Health & Safety

• Do not participate if pregnant, have heart issues, seizures, motion sickness, vertigo, or feel unwell.

🕶️ Equipment Use

• Use VR equipment exactly as instructed.
• Do not adjust straps or remove gear during play.
• Damage may result in liability.

🧼 Hygiene & Sanitization

• All shared equipment is sanitized after each use.
• Please use sanitizer before and after gameplay.

👟 Footwear

Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for VR safety.

Keep phones, bags, or any loose items stored safely. Apex Autodrome is not liable for lost items.

All VR zones are monitored by trained staff. Follow all verbal instructions for safety.
