Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

This is a legally binding document. By signing this agreement, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Participants under the age of 18 must have this form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand and acknowledge that karting and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Collision with other participants or objects
Equipment malfunction
Track surface hazards
Injuries such as bruises, fractures, or even serious injury or death

I freely accept and fully assume all such risks and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in these activities.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability
I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Apex Autodrome, its owners, affiliates, staff, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for:

Injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation
Negligence or acts of omission by Apex Autodrome or its staff
Any claim, demand, or cause of action arising out of or relating to my participation

3. Medical Conditions and Fitness
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I will notify the staff of any relevant medical issues before participating.

4. Safety Rules Agreement
I agree to:
Follow all safety instructions provided by the staff
Wear a helmet, closed shoes, and seatbelt at all times
Attend the mandatory safety briefing
Refrain from reckless or aggressive driving
Not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

5. Photo/Video Consent (Optional)
I give permission to Apex Autodrome to use photographs or video footage of me for promotional or marketing purposes.
